About Us
The Springs Health & Rehabilitation Center is a beautiful, brand new state-of-the-art skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. From its inception, The Springs was specifically designed to meet the needs of both short term rehabilitation and skilled nursing services. Our residents and patients will be served by trained staff to meet the unique and specialized needs of each individual.
We are conveniently located between all major hospitals in the Murrieta and Temecula area.

Our Foundation
Our team begins with a rigorous, purpose-driven interview process designed to find individuals who align with our core values. A dedicated call light dispatcher monitors requests as they come in, making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Staff are equipped with radios and walkies to keep communication immediate and direct. Every response time is recorded and graded, forming a key part of each team member’s performance review.

After discharge, our team visits the patient’s home to check safety conditions, review medications, and ensure a stable recovery environment.

Case Managers personally follow up with discharged patients to address concerns, answer questions, and provide continued support.

Patients can continue their rehab journey with us through outpatient therapy, tailored to maintain progress and prevent setbacks.
